All FosterFlow plans come fully equipped with our core Customer Data Platform (CDP) and marketing automation features to help you grow your business. Regardless of the tier you choose, you will have full access to the following capabilities:

  • Sync Shopify data: Seamlessly sync your customer and product data.
  • Unlimited marketing flows: Build as many automated customer journeys as you need.
  • Email templates: Access and customize our library of free-to-decorate templates.
  • Multi-channel: Engage your audience through emails, popups, and ads.
  • Customer segmentation: Create precise audience segments based on behavior and data.
  • Email campaigns: Send targeted one-off newsletters and promotional broadcasts.
  • Product Personalization: Recommend the right products to the right customers.

Understanding Plan Differences
The only difference between our pricing tiers is your usage quota–specifically, the number of contacts you can store and the volume of emails you can send per 30-day cycle.

Here is how to choose the right plan for your store:

  • Free Plan: Perfect for new stores just getting started. It supports up to 1,000 contacts and allows you to send up to 3,000 emails total.
  • Essentials ($9 / 30 days): Ideal for small businesses building a steady customer base. Supports up to 10,000 contacts and includes 5,000 emails per month.
  • Growth ($18 / 30 days): Suited for scaling stores running frequent promotional campaigns. Supports up to 10,000 contacts and includes 12,000 emails per month.
  • Premium ($109 / 30 days): Designed for high-volume merchants who want maximum reach without worrying about send limits. Supports up to 10,000 contacts with Unlimited emails.

Changing your FosterFlow plan

Billing and usage charges

FosterFlow’s billing is processed directly through Shopify’s native billing system. This means your app subscription charges are seamlessly integrated into your regular Shopify invoice.

If your business needs change, you can modify your FosterFlow plan at any time.

Upgrading your plan

When you are ready to scale and decide to upgrade your FosterFlow plan for higher quotas, please keep the following billing details in mind:

  • Instant activation: The increased quotas associated with your new plan take effect immediately upon upgrade, ensuring your marketing campaigns run without interruption.
  • Immediate billing: Upon upgrading your plan, you receive an immediate bill that covers only the subscription fee for your new plan.

Downgrading your plan

If you need to reduce your quotas and downgrade your plan, the billing implications are slightly different:

  • End-of-cycle changes: Because your app subscription is pre-paid, downgrades do not happen immediately. You will retain your current plan’s quotas until the end of your existing 30-day billing cycle.
  • The new, lower-tier plan (and its reduced pricing and quotas) will automatically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Required permissions

To modify your FosterFlow plan–whether upgrading or downgrading–the changes must be authorized by the store owner or a staff member with the necessary permissions to manage app charges within your Shopify admin.
