Setting a frequency safeguard in FosterFlow allows you to control the maximum number of messages or automated flows your contacts will experience within a specific time range. This is a one-time setup that operates on a rolling basis for each contact.
Why you need channel frequency capping
Limiting the number of communications sent out using frequency capping is essential to avoid overwhelming your audience. By establishing a proper limit, you ensure that recipients are not bombarded with too many emails in a short period.
As a result, the number of spam complaints and unsubscribers decreases. Maintaining a healthy communication volume keeps your audience engaged and significantly increases your overall email deliverability score and sender reputation.
Set a proper frequency capping
To configure your frequency limits, navigate to your store settings and click on the Advanced tab.
